Bhumika
Barasiya
I design interfaces. I build products. I write clean code. I craft experiences.
I'm a frontend developer and UI/UX designer who spends equal time in Figma and in the terminal — turning careful design decisions into fast, accessible, production-ready interfaces built with Laravel, PHP and modern JavaScript.

About Me
I build the bridge between good design and good code.
My work sits at the intersection of two disciplines that are too often kept apart. I studied visual design before I studied code, which means every interface I ship has been thought through twice — once for how it looks, and once for how it holds up in production.
Today I help startups and small studios turn rough ideas into interfaces people actually enjoy using — from Figma prototypes to fully wired Laravel and WordPress builds. I care about the details most people scroll past: the easing on a hover state, the spacing in a form, the loading state nobody plans for.

What I Do
Four ways I can help your product.
UI/UX Design
Wireframes, prototypes and design systems in Figma — built to be handed straight to code.
Frontend Development
Responsive, accessible interfaces with clean HTML, Tailwind and vanilla JavaScript.
Laravel Web Apps
Full-stack builds — auth, dashboards, APIs and MySQL schemas that scale cleanly.
WordPress Development
Custom themes and page builders for brands who need editorial control without limits.
Beyond the Case Studies
0 live websites, shipped and still running.
Every case study above is one project out of many. Here's a wider look at the client sites I've designed, built, or kept running over the years.
Experience
A timeline of where I've grown.
2024 — Present
Senior Frontend Developer & UI Designer
Pixel & Co. Studio
Leading frontend architecture and design systems for client products, mentoring two junior developers, and owning the handoff from Figma to production WordPress apps.
2022 — 2024
Frontend Developer
Webnest Technologies
Built and maintained responsive interfaces for e-commerce and SaaS clients using Tailwind CSS and vanilla JavaScript, cutting average page load time by 38%.
2021 — 2022
UI/UX Design Intern
Studio Loop
Designed wireframes and prototypes in Figma for mobile and web clients, and ran usability sessions that shaped two product launches.
2020 — 2021
Freelance Web Developer
Self-employed
Delivered WordPress sites and small PHP tools for local businesses — the first real taste of turning a client's idea into something people could actually use.
Kind Words
People I've built with.
"Bhumika turned a messy set of ideas into a polished product in weeks. Her eye for detail on hover states and spacing is something our whole team noticed immediately."
Ananya Shah
Founder, Studio Loop
"She's rare in that she can hold a full Laravel schema in her head and still obsess over four pixels of padding."
Rohit Mehta
CTO, Webnest Technologies
How I Work
A five-step process, every time.
01
Discover
Understand the goal, the users, and the constraints before opening Figma.
02
Define
Map the information architecture and lock the scope before designing screens.
03
Design
Wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, reviewed together at each stage.
04
Develop
Build it for real — semantic markup, clean components, tested edge cases.
05
Deliver
Ship, document, and stay on for the small fixes that follow a real launch.
